Hollow

Painted a quick sketch (from a 2 months ago) in oils… finally finished it yesterday after some really slow progress over exactly 2 weeks bit by bit after coming home from my daytime design job. Like Dexter says, “Now that I’ve done my job I can get on with my work.”

I used Raw Umber, Ivory Black and Titanium White thinned with with linseed oil, alkalyd medium and turps on gesso-ed Daler-Rowney’s Aquafine watercolour paper.
